Questions We Hear Often
How much does adoption cost?
Fees range from $80 for senior cats to $250 for puppies, and cover vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter, and a starter kit. Applying is always free.
Can I adopt if I rent my home?
Yes — we just ask for your landlord's written pet permission and match you with an animal suited to your space and schedule.
What if the adoption doesn't work out?
Bring them back, any time, no judgement. Our lifetime-backup promise means a PawHaven animal always has a place here — though fewer than 3% ever return.
How can I help without adopting?
Foster for a weekend, volunteer at Saturday open days, shop the rescue store, or sponsor a kennel place from $21 a month. Every option is on the support section of our home page.
